1. Who we are
LaunchPad Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a business coaching and business
packaging service. You can contact us at
info@globalcorpservices.com
or 0479 084 145.
2. What data we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, business details, and anything you share during coaching sessions, discovery calls, or via our website forms.
- Information from your device — IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and interaction events. Collected automatically via cookies and standard server logs.
- Information from third parties — if you book via a third-party scheduling or payment provider, we receive the details that provider shares with us.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To send transactional communications (invoices, scheduling, deliverables).
- To send marketing communications, where you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and services (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required (e.g. under GDPR / UK GDPR), we process personal data on
the basis of: performance of a contract with you; your consent (for
marketing); our legitimate interests in running a small business; and
compliance with law.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Sub-contractors helping deliver your engagement (designers, developers, copywriters), under confidentiality.
- Service providers we rely on (email, payment, scheduling, hosting, analytics).
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and (if enabled) analytics
cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your
browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to deliver the services and
meet legal obligations (typically 7 years for financial records).
Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct,
delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal
data, and to withdraw consent. Email us at
info@globalcorpservices.com
to exercise any of these rights.
9. International transfers
Some of the service providers we rely on may be located outside your
country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard
contractual clauses) for such transfers.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at
the top will reflect the change.
