Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of services from LaunchPad Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a discovery call, purchasing a package, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services & Scope

We provide business coaching and business packaging services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price of your engagement are defined in the package you select (Starter, Growth, or Full Package) or in a written proposal we issue to you. Deliverables outside that written scope are not included and may require a separate engagement.

We commit to the scope and quality of what we ship. We do not commit to any specific business outcome (revenue, profit, customer count, launch date, rank, or similar). See the Results Disclaimer on our site and the Refund Policy for how we stand behind our work.

3. Payment & Milestones

• Engagements are billed in milestones. You approve each deliverable before we proceed to the next.
• Payment is due at the start of each milestone unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices on our site are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may pause the engagement. We will not resume work until the outstanding invoice is paid.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, feedback, and source materials.
• Respond to approval requests within a reasonable time (generally within 5 business days).
• Have the legal right to use any content, trademarks, or materials you supply to us.

5. Intellectual Property

On full payment for a milestone, you receive ownership of the final deliverables produced for you in that milestone (e.g. the logo files, website code, copy). We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and any pre-existing tools we use to produce your work. We may display finished work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except to sub-contractors engaged on your project and bound by equivalent obligations, or where required by law.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantee of any specific business result. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including your market, execution, effort, and timing. Any figures, examples, or timelines referenced on our site or in our materials are illustrative, not predictive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the engagement in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. If you terminate, any milestone already delivered and accepted is non-refundable. Any milestone paid for but not yet delivered is refundable under our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
