Refund Policy

Milestone Satisfaction Guarantee.
You approve every deliverable before we move to the next. If a milestone
doesn't meet the scope we agreed to, we fix it — or you don't pay for
it. Full refund on any milestone paid for but not accepted.
How our refunds work
Every LaunchPad Pro engagement is broken into milestones. Each
milestone has a clearly defined scope, a price, and an approval step
before we move to the next. This structure is how we stand behind our
work without making promises about business outcomes we can't control.
What is refundable
- A milestone you've paid for but not yet accepted. If we deliver a milestone and, after reasonable revisions, it still doesn't match the scope we agreed to in writing, you can request a full refund for that milestone.
- A milestone you've paid for but we haven't started. If you choose to end the engagement before we begin work on a paid-in-advance milestone, we'll refund it in full.
What is not refundable
- Milestones already delivered and accepted. Once you've approved a deliverable in writing (or used it — e.g. published the website, launched the campaign), that milestone is non-refundable.
- Third-party costs we've already paid on your behalf (e.g. domain registration, premium fonts, stock assets, paid-ad spend). These are passed through at cost and are non-refundable once incurred.
- Business outcomes. We do not refund based on revenue, customer count, or any other result. We guarantee the work we ship — not the business results you achieve with it. See our Disclaimer.
How to request a refund
- Email info@globalcorpservices.com within 14 days of receiving the milestone deliverable.
- Tell us specifically which part of the delivered work doesn't match the agreed scope.
- We'll either fix it within a reasonable revision round, or — if you prefer not to proceed — refund the milestone in full.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business
days of being approved.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're responsive and
we'd rather resolve the issue directly than via your card provider.
Fraudulent chargebacks on accepted deliverables may be disputed.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated"
date at the top will reflect the change. The policy in effect on the
date you purchase governs your engagement.
